Dreams ComeTrue Inc (DTC) collectively “we or us” located at 1621 Central Ave. Cheyenne Wyoming 82001 advertises, administers, and licenses the Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands and Products worldwide through its websites Dreams-ComeTrue.Com and DCTAmerica.Com.
SECTION 1: By visiting the sites, viewing, reading or sharing our websites; you are using the service, and therefore agree to comply with its terms of use and policies and, abide by its worldwide copyrighted, trade name and intellectual property features such as contents, text, photos, videos and exclusive guidelines that may be changed by us at anytime from time to time without giving prior notice to you and by simply posting the changes on our websites where any viewer may review the changes regularly.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the sites, including without limitations to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or buyers of contents.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the websites contents administered by Dreams ComeTrue a Wyoming Corporation based in Cheyenne.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING, LICENSING, OR USING ANY PRODUCT POSTED ON THE WEBSITES; BY USING AND VISITING OUR WEBSITES YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US, EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES RESOLVED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, IS SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION IN WYOMING.
If you disagree with any of these terms of use or conditions or modifications, or become dissatisfied with the websites in any way, your only recourse is to simply discontinue its use and stop visiting our websites as soon as possible.
SECTION 2: Products Licenses and Restrictions. The Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands, including, but not limited to her cartoons, children books, illustrations, film projects, screen-books, TV Shows, music, photos, and any of her creations and artworks, are copyrighted, patented or trademarked property of the copyright owner our licensor; and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patents and other intellectual property rights in the Products Lines presented to you are owned by Lady-Elle StarQueen and or her estate, and protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international treaties.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our websites or any Product or license granted to you, if we have probable reason to believe that you have engaged in infringement of any copyrighted Product, Trade Name, Trade Mark, Trade Dress, or Name Brand that we represent and license. We (DCT) enforce these rights to the full extent of the law.

SECTION 3: Licensing a Product. All Lady-Elle StarQueen Licenses and Products are administered through DCT and the Copyrights are not available for sale but may only be available for lease when authorized by the Licensor. Please contact DCT by email for:
Advertisement of Artworks on Billboards, Prints, Merchandise,
Advertisements in Books and other Medias,
Books Licensing,
EBooks Licensing,
Cartoons Licensing.
Music Sub-Publishing Rights,
Film Production in Association with,
TV Shows Licensing, Production, or in Association with,
Events with Artworks, and Cartoons Prints available for sale at auctions, or any other License.

Products or Licenses offered require that we approve all Licensees prior to their use of any creation by Lady-Elle StarQueen with all Terms of Use agreed upon in writing, and that the Licensees are in good standing at all times, reputable and financially suitable, with all fees pre-paid on time in full.

SECTION 4: INFRINGEMENTS AND RIGHTS. We safeguard the Intellectual Properties (IP's) that we offer to our Licensees very carefully and have banned, and report companies that pirate copyrighted ownerships on their websites. If you notice any infringer that is not listed with us as an Authorized reseller of the Lady-Elle StarQueen Artworks or Creations, please email us as soon as possible to safeguard the quality and value of the Name Brand and your purchase. Thank you.

SECTION 5: Personal Use of Prints and Merchandises Sold.
No element, copies of artworks purchased by you of the DCT Services (us) may be used or exploited in any commercial way by you or any buyer unless authorized in writing by us. You may own a physical copy of a Tee Shirt with an artwork on merchandise, or Prints either sold to you by us or through our Licensees to you and delivered to you, but the copyrights owner retains full and complete ownership of all creations.

DCT or the Licensor-Copyrights Owner does not transfer title to you of any portion of the Artworks offered to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable license to use the product(s) that you purchase. You may not circumvent or disable any contents or copyright notice used with any of the Services or suggest any association with our products, services or the Licensor’s Brands unless the right is granted to you in writing for that use.

SECTION 6: When purchasing Products from our Licensee’s Shops. Contents available through our service may contain links to Shops and other websites to Licensees that are independently owned and operated to sell merchandises containing Licensed Artworks created by Lady-Elle StarQueen. These Stores may have strategic distribution facilities in North America, Europe, or Australia that are authorized to sell the Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands on a non-exclusive basis to over 100 Countries worldwide. DCT makes no representation, claim or warranty whatsoever as to the information that these stores or shops offer to you on their websites except for the acknowledgment by us that all Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks are genuinely authorized and certified by DCT to be resold on merchandises to licensees that are in good standing and whose names are posted on our Shops Page. For this reason we post all authorized resellers of the Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks on our website for products sales to help prevent counterfeits.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you notice any infringement by any shop or unlisted licensee. Thank you.

SECTION 7: Dealing with Licensed Stores. Please contact each Shop or Stores’ Customer Services directly for any purchase processed through them.
You may also contact us to relate your personal shopping experience with them, but all licensed Shops or Stores must communicate directly with you, and not with DCT or the Licensor. If we receive multiple complaints from Customers who had poor services, or bad shopping experiences from a Licensee, we will investigate the matter and evaluate their case in an effort to protect the quality of the services that you receive and the Licensor’s image and values of the Name Brands.

Please Note*: It is your responsibility to check each Licensee’s Store Policies and Terms periodically for their updates and changes.

SECTION 8: PRIVACY. We do not and will not resell your email, contact information, or any of your information that is or has been provided to us by you or through third parties.

SECTION 9: GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time.
You understand that your content including your payment information will be verified, transferred for processing purposes and involves: transmissions over various networks like banks, postal services, and payment processing centers.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on the website through which the service is provided without express written permission from us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 10: ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU.
You agree to provide your accurate and complete information to us to process your purchase and your payment for artwork(s) that you license from us, and to do so in a timely manner. We process all orders in writing to prevent any error. Please verify your information on each order to prevent omissions and errors. Products shipped to the wrong address given to us by you are not refundable.

SECTION 11: MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES.
Prices of products are subject to change without notice and reflect the current price and terms at the time that you purchase them. Your purchase price is always valid as posted on that day and when you ordered any product from us.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services or Products or any part or content thereof without giving notice to you at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services or products provided by other vendors or Licensees to you.
